Why Candle Eggs

	Just like everything else in nature, not all eggs are perfect. We candle:
	To make sure there is nothing wrong with the shell.
	To make sure there are no contaminants inside the egg.
	To make sure the egg is fresh.	To make sure it has no 'faults' that would prevent a ducking from growing to term.
	To make sure there are no problems inside that would make the egg unpalatable.
	Why is it called candling?	What are the parts of an egg?
