How Can We Cook Eggs?

TIME REQUIRED:

45 minutes

OBJECTIVES:

  1. To brainstorm how eggs may be cooked.
  2. To cook an egg.
  3. To focus on change while cooking.

MATERIALS REQUIRED:

Eggs frying pan
ketchup flipper
milk forks
butter bowl
salt plates
pepper wire whip

  1. Brainstorm all of the ways an egg may be cooked.
  2. Cook an egg - scrambled; observe the changes that occur in the frying pan.
  3. Enjoy and eat!

Variation:

  1. Survey the class to see how they like to eat eggs.
  2. Make a graph.
